How much does a LINE OA system cost?
We price this work per feature, like all our software: starting at ฿20,000 for a simple feature, ฿50,000 for a medium one and ฿100,000 for a complex one.
LINE’s own monthly plan for sending messages is separate and is set by LINE.
Do I need a LINE Official Account first?
No. If you do not have one yet, we set it up with you. The account belongs to your business, and so does everything we build on it.
Can customers collect points in LINE?
Yes. Customers sign up as members inside LINE, collect points when they buy and get coupons by message, with no new app to install.
Can LINE OA connect to our POS or accounting software?
Usually, yes, wherever the software offers a way in (an API). For example, each day’s sales can be sent to LINE, or a new member can be added to your customer list when they sign up.
Who owns the code?
You do. When the project ends, the code is yours, with a full handover: instructions for running and operating it yourself, hands off from us. If you would rather we keep looking after it, our support plans start at ฿5,000 a month.
