Before SV Innovation, March and Charlie worked together through SV & CO. Today, their Silicon Valley engineering experience comes together with Prom's work in design and education.

We bridge the gap between what technology can do and what people can confidently use. That means software built beyond the demo, AI guided by engineering judgment, and experiences people can put into practice.

March Mairin

Co-founder

10+ years of software engineering in Silicon Valley, from big tech (Amazon) to a growth-stage company (Databricks) to a five-person startup. Builds products from zero to one, across both engineering and product. Deep expertise in distributed systems, Web3 and AI-driven development: scaled a core Databricks service from 6,000 to 25,000 requests per second, and shipped a year of planned work in two months by bringing AI into the team’s workflow.

Senior software engineer specialising in backend systems, infrastructure and scale. Hyperscale infrastructure at Meta, air traffic control for delivery drones at Google X’s Wing, and observability at Robinhood. Leads technical architecture and builds SV Cloud, the platform this site runs on.
