What this website collects, what it does not, and how to reach us about your data.
LAST UPDATED 7 OCTOBER 2026Who we are
SILICON VALLEY INNOVATION CO., LTD. (บริษัท ซิลิคอน วัลเลย์ อินโนเวชั่น จำกัด), company registration 0105569146015, 1199/234 Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, owns this website and is the data controller for it and for the messages you send us. SV Academy is this same company's education brand.
What this website collects
There are no forms, accounts, advertising or tracking pixels, and the site sets no cookies. Our hosting adds Cloudflare Web Analytics to every page, which counts visits without cookies or browser storage (see section 4). Fonts, images and video load from this site and our hosting provider's storage, not from outside services such as Google Fonts or YouTube.

To stop the analytics, use a content blocker; every page still works. If we ever add something that needs your consent, it stays off until you agree, and this page changes first.
Server logs, analytics and error reports
SV Cloud, our own hosting platform running on Cloudflare, records each request: IP address, browser user agent, page and time. Cloudflare Web Analytics records the page address, the page that linked to it, your browser, device type, country and page load speed, without cookies. We use these records only to deliver the site, keep it secure, fix faults and see which pages people read. If a request to this site fails (a network error or an error page), your browser may send Cloudflare a short report: the address, the page that linked to it, your browser, the error type and your IP address.
When you contact us
When you email hello@sv-academy.org or message LINE @svacademy, we receive what you send: usually your name or LINE display name, contact details, company, message and any files. We use it to reply, to prepare a proposal or quotation you ask for, and to deliver work you hire us for. You choose what to send, but without a way to reach you we cannot reply, and without project details we cannot prepare a proposal or contract.
Why we may use it
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), server logs and analytics rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working site (section 24(5)). Enquiries rely on steps you ask for before a contract (section 24(3)) and our legitimate interest in replying (section 24(5)). Client project work relies on performing our contract with you (section 24(3)), and invoices, receipts and accounting records on legal obligations (section 24(6)). SV Academy announcements on LINE rely on your consent, given when you add the account, which you can withdraw at any time by blocking it. Nothing on this website itself relies on consent.
Who processes it for us
We never sell personal data or pass it to anyone for advertising. Providers that process it for us: Cloudflare (network, hosting, logs, analytics and file storage), Google Workspace (email), and LINE (LY Corporation) for LINE chats, under LINE's own terms. Some of them process data outside Thailand under their data protection terms. The social icons in our footer are plain links and load nothing from those platforms until you tap one. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Server logs: kept for a short period for security and fault-finding, then deleted automatically.
- Analytics: kept by Cloudflare as visit counts and timings, with no cookie or account that ties them to you.
- Enquiries and project messages: kept while they are needed for the conversation, the project and any follow-up work. Ask us and we delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them.
- Contracts, invoices and receipts: at least 5 years, as Thai accounting and tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access or get a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, move it to another service, and withdraw consent where consent applies. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
